Photo Essay: Enchantments in Panoramic Black & White
Kim and I snuck off to The Enchantments for what she thought was a once in a lifetime backpacking opportunity. Well, she was right: I popped the question, we became engaged, and we thoroughly froze our butts off. One of the great pleasures of the trip was using a borrowed Hassleblad Xpan with the 45mm lens. What a beautiful piece of camera. With this panoramic 35mm format, I shot multiple rolls of black and white, developed, scanned, and enjoyed. All shot on either Fuji Neopan 400 and 100 and developed in Pyrocat. A very memorable trip with pictures to match. Oh, and she said yes.
